San Antonio’s Business Makers Celebrating our businesses and organizations that put San Antonio on the leading edge nationally in economic development.

On May 3, The San Antonio Business Journal, along with Co-sponsors Employer Flexible and Quantum Workplace, Media Sponsor 550 KTSA Radio, and Association Sponsor San Antonio Human Resource Management Association Inc., announced the winners of the sixth annual “Best Places to Work Awards,” which highlight companies with the best workplaces in the San Antonio area (Bexar, Guadalupe, Wilson, Comal and Kendall counties).

The winners were selected based on the results of online confidential surveys completed by the companies’ employees. The survey process was performed by our research partner, Quantum Workplace.

The ranking order of the companies in each category will be revealed at an awards luncheon and in a special publication to be published in the Business Journal on June 4, 2010. At that time, the two highest-ranking companies in each of three categories, based on the number of employees, will be recognized as top winners.

All 47 winners will be recognized at the awards luncheon to be held on June 3 at the JW Marriott.
