Jason Dady is executive chef and owner of The Lodge Restaurant of Castle Hills, which he opened in October 2001. Chef Dady also owns BIN 555 Restaurant & Wine Bar, Tre Trattoria, and Two Bros. BBQ Market. Among his accomplishments, Chef Dady was named 40 under 40 "Rising Star" from the San Antonio Business Journal in 2009, and received national acclaim in 2004 with a "Rising Star" chef award from Restaurant Hospitality.
